The Villages of Windcrest is a new senior living community in Fredericksburg TX located at the intersection of West Windcrest Drive and Post Oak Road.

What size is the community?

The senior living community has a total of 84 apartments including 60 assisted living apartments 24 private suites for residents with memory-related impairments

Are there a variety of floor plans to choose from?

The Villages of Windcrest offers a variety of spacious residences for assisted living including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 425–915 square feet. All senior apartments feature closets and have been thoughtfully designed to maximize living spaces. The 363 square foot private suites for memory care in the Valeo™ neighborhood have private bathrooms and roll-in showers.

For residents with memory impairments, our Valeo Signature Programs are integrated into every aspect of life here. Valeo allows residents to thrive and have meaningful relationships through one-on-one interactions, build relationships with others and grow connections.

Who constructed the community?

The Villages of Windcrest is being developed by local Texas developer Bridgeview Realty Capital, LLC, who brings decades of experience in the development and financing of commercial, office, industrial, retail, multi-family and senior living communities. Dallas-based Bridgeview was established in 2011 by John Lanier, who has developed or financed commercial real estate for more than 40 years. Mr. Lanier and Bridgeview have exclusively developed senior housing and healthcare properties since 1993.

Who manages the community?

The senior living community is managed by Solvere Living, LLC. Solvere Living, based in St. Petersburg, FL, is providing the vision to bring a standard of excellence to The Villages of Windcrest and to meet and exceed the expectations of residents and families. Integrity, transparency and loyalty are the values that form the basis of the management philosophy. The Solvere team includes highly credentialed executives with proven expertise in the areas of Operations Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Wellness and Development Services.

What is the fee structure?

The Villages of Windcrest offers you flexibility and control over your budget with an annual residency agreement (with a thirty-day termination clause) versus a large buy-in fee. The community has a one-time community fee and a monthly service fee based on the residence type.

Like to learn more about becoming a resident? What is the process?

A fully refundable, non-interest bearing $1,000 deposit will reserve an apartment while you complete the application process. Once you have completed the application process, you will convert your deposit into an apartment reservation for a specific apartment and begin the move-in process at our Fredericksburg TX senior living community.
