Daryl Ann Torrico
Director of Community Relations
Daryl Ann Torrico was born in San Francisco, California, and grew up with her three siblings in Pitman, N.J. Daryl became a master baker, later marrying an IBM engineer and moving to Austin, Texas. While there, she was a devoted mother of three and a housewife. During that time, she began investing in real estate and managing rental properties. Daryl established the Grace Women’s Sober Houses and the Creek Bend Men’s Sober House, which she successfully owned and operated until selling the business and moving to Hunt, Texas. There she pursued a new career as an Activities Director and then as a Marketing Director at an assisted living community before moving to Fredericksburg, Texas.
Daryl is an artist and a writer who plays guitar and writes music. She is particularly proud of her three children, James, Elijah and Julia, and loves her two miniature schnauzers, Pepper and Worthington. She continues to be passionate about empowering others to find deep meaning in their lives and believes that then, in turn, they will encourage others to do the same.
